Who we are and what this covers

The POSER Company LLC ("POSER," "we," "us") collects only the information needed to design, quote, sell and deliver branded merchandise, and we never sell personal information.

This policy covers posercompany.com, the online stores we operate for our clients, and POSER Tools, our internal software for quotes, mockups and file management.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, company, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, order details, and the logos, artwork and brand files you send for your project.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Information from partners: order and payment confirmations from our store platform (Shopify) and payment processors, and shipping updates from carriers. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use information

  • Prepare quotes, art proofs and mockups.
  • Process, produce, ship and support orders.
  • Run and secure our website, stores and tools.
  • Answer questions and send updates about your project.
  • Send marketing emails only when you opt in; every email has an unsubscribe link.

Google user data and POSER Tools

POSER Tools connects to Google Drive only for authorized POSER staff, so we can find, open and save client project files in our own Drive folders.

  • What it accesses: files and folders in the connected Google Drive account, used to search, preview, download and save project files such as quote sheets, proofs and artwork.
  • What it does not do: it does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and no person reads it except to support that work.
  • Where it is kept: a search index of file names and folder paths is stored on our servers. The connection can be removed at any time in POSER Tools or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

POSER Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver your order:

  • Production and fulfillment partners: decorators, suppliers and carriers that make and ship your products.
  • Service providers: hosting, store, payment, email and analytics providers that work on our behalf under confidentiality terms.
  • Your organization: when you order through a company store, the organization that runs that store may see your order details.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of POSER, our clients or others.

Cookies, retention and security

  • Cookies: we use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.
  • Retention: we keep order and project records as long as needed for the work, warranty, tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
  • Security: we use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, so contact us right away if you suspect a problem.

Your choices, children, changes and contact

  • Your choices: you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails. Residents of some states have additional rights; we honor those requests as the law requires.
  • Children: our sites and stores are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
  • Changes: we will post updates here and change the effective date at the top.
